1.Where can I buy store products?

 You can either place your order directly on the website or connect with one of our sales team member to request the catalogues. Once items are shortlisted, you can place orders.

2. Do you provide furniture assembly services?

Yes we do – we take away the hassle of assembling the items hence we offer full assembly support services within 75 miles radius of our Woking Surrey Showroom. We can certainly arrange 3rd party suppliers within your local areas, should your post runs beyond 75 miles radius. Please connect with our admin team to check further on this admin@cfstore.co.uk

3. Are your items covered under warranty?

a. All our Products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty vary depending on the item and will be stated on the product page.

b. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

4. How do I return an order?

a. The Customer has the right to return the Products within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging.

b. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return, using the original payment method, after inspecting the returned items.

c. The cost of returning the Products is the responsibility of the Customer, unless the items are found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.

5. How do I cancel an order?

All orders are cancellable until they are dispatched from our warehouse, simply connect on admin@cfstore.co.uk or give us a call to initiate your order cancellation. 

6.Can I personally pick up my order?

Subject to availablity of current stock in our warehouse, all items can be arranged for personal pick-up. Please speak to our sales team to check the possiblity, should you want to collect the items from our warehouse.
