a. The “Furniture Store” refers to Classic Furniture Ltd, a registered business in the England, United Kingdom.

b. The “Customer” refers to any individual or entity using or accessing our website or purchasing products from us.

c. The “Products” refers to the furniture and related items available for sale on our website

 

  1. Ordering and Payment

a. All orders placed through our website are considered as offers to purchase the Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

b. The prices displayed on our website are in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes, but exclusive of delivery charges, which will be added during the checkout process.

c. Payment for the order is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods as specified on our website.

Terms of payment and Delivery

All orders are required to be paid in full, before dispatch to take place. All invoices issued are required to be paid within 15 days of invoice issuance date.

 

a. We aim to deliver the Products within the estimated timeframes displayed on our website. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery.

b. The Customer must provide accurate and complete delivery information. If there are any changes to the delivery address, the Customer must notify us as soon as possible.

c. Upon delivery, it is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect the Products for any damages or defects. If any issues are found, the Customer must inform us within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns and Refunds

a. The Customer has the right to return the Products within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging.

b. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return, using the original payment method, after inspecting the returned items.

c. The cost of returning the Products is the responsibility of the Customer, unless the items are found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.

  1. Warranty

a. All our Products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty vary depending on the item and will be stated on the product page.

b. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  1. Intellectual Property

a. All intellectual property rights related to our website and its content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, are owned or licensed by us.

b. The Customer may not reproduce, distribute, or use any copyrighted material without our prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

a. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our Products.

b. Our liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the Products in question.

a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

b. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

b. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
